In 2018, A law was passed that anyone offering dog daycare or boarding at their home should be in possession of an Animal Activity Licence, granted by their local authority.
There are certain policies and procedures a licenced dog boarder has to adhere to, so you can feel confident that your dog will receive the highest quality care whilst you are away.

After initial contact, I like to arrange an introduction at my home so that you are able to see where your dog will be staying. This will also give you an opportunity to get to know me and how I am able to offer care for your dog whilst you are away.

It happens! Especially with flights and bad traffic. Just keep me informed as best you can. Unfortunately, late charges may be incurred if this affects my other commitments.
It's par for the course with licenced boarding. If, for any reason, I have to take your dog to my nominated vet, they would need to have access to these.
Of course! I'm very snap-happy, and can send you photos and videos throughout your dog's stay, usually via whatsapp, text, or Messenger. What ever you need, I'll send it your way.
